Will a Bio Bidet seat fit my existing toilet?
Our bidet seats are designed to fit most standard residential toilets. We offer both 'Round' and 'Elongated' models; simply measure from the center of the bolt holes to the front of the bowl to determine which size you need.
Do I need professional plumbing skills to install my bidet?
No professional plumbing is required. Most Bemis Bio Bidet products are designed for DIY installation and can be set up in under 30 minutes using the included universal installation kit and step-by-step guide.
What is the warranty period for Bemis Bio Bidet products?
We stand behind our quality with a comprehensive warranty. Most of our electronic bidet seats come with a 1 to 3-year limited warranty covering parts and labor, while non-electric attachments typically feature a 1-year warranty.
How do I clean and maintain my bidet seat?
Use a soft, damp cloth and a mild detergent to clean the exterior. Many of our models feature self-cleaning nozzles and quick-release buttons that allow you to easily remove the entire seat for deep cleaning of the ceramic bowl.
What is your return policy for hygiene products?
Due to the personal nature of our products, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Once an item has been installed or used, it cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Does the bidet require an electrical outlet?
Our luxury electronic models require a standard 120V GFI outlet to power features like the heated seat and warm water dryer. However, we also offer non-electric attachments that operate solely on water pressure.
